Blezer Networks

Network Consultancy, Engineering & Project Delivery

The infrastructure work, and the people to run it.

Discuss a project

This is the oldest part of what we do, and the reason the rest of the site is credible: every AI or process recommendation we make is grounded in twenty years of building and running networks that have to actually stay up.

There are two ways to engage us. Bring a project manager into your own team for the length of a build, or hand us end-to-end delivery - with a named owner, agreed gates, and a stop condition written down before we start, so everyone knows what "done" and "stop" both look like in advance.

What you get

A named person, not a rotating bench

One person owns your engagement from kickoff to hand-over. You are never re-introducing the project to someone new halfway through.

Scope with explicit exclusions

Every proposal states what is out of scope as clearly as what is in it, so scope creep is a conversation, not a surprise invoice.

Gate criteria that include stopping

Each gate defines what success looks like and what would make us recommend stopping - decided before the work starts, not after the budget is already spent.

When this is not right

This is not the right engagement if you need a body to fill a seat on a plan that is already fixed. We are not staff augmentation for a decision someone else has already made without us - bring us in while the plan can still change.
